Appointment Types
Complimentary 15 Minute Consultation
15 minutes. On the phone or in person, book a 15 minute consultation with Dr. January prior to scheduling your first appointment to see how our unique diagnostics and treatments can help you start feeling better fast.
Adult New Patient Appointment
90 minutes. At your first appointment we will go over your health history, concerns you have, perform physical exam and any diagnostic or lab evaluations, and get started on your individualized treatment plan. This is the first step to a happier, healthier, YOU!
Adult Follow-up Appointment
60 minutes. We will follow up on labs, Naturopathic treatments, and discuss your progress.
Pediatric New Patient Appointment
90 minutes. At this first appointment we will go over your child's health history, health concerns, perform physical exam and any diagnostic or lab evaluations, and get started on their individualized treatment plan. Limited to age 17 and younger.
Pediatric Follow-up Appointment
60 minutes. We will follow up on labs, Naturopathic treatments, and discuss your child's progress.
Pediatric Well Child Check Only Appointment
60 minutes. This appointment is limited to the well-child-check only which includes a thorough examination of your child's growth and milestones as well as anticipatory guidance and Naturopathic recommendations.
Initial Acupuncture Appointment
60-90 minutes. At this first appointment we will go over your health history, health concerns, investigate Western and Eastern Traditional Chinese Diagnosis through examination of symptoms, tongue, and pulse diagnosis. Your will receive your first acupuncture treatment.
Acupuncture Follow-up Appointment
60 minutes. We will follow-up on your first acupuncture treatment and further individualize treatment through use of acupuncture needles, cupping, moxibustion, or Gua Sha.
Acute Visit
60 minutes. This is for adult or pediatric patients with acute urgent-type concerns such as colds, flus etc.
